Michelle Williams is speaking up about reports that she is missing the premiere of Heath Ledger's final movie, The Dark Knight, due to "issues" over the late actor's will with his family.

Mara Buxbaum, Michelle William's rep, said in a statement released Tuesday, "The presumption that Michelle ever intended to attend The Dark Knight premiere is unfounded, but to say she is 'boycotting' due to a rift with Heath's family is absurd. It is time to allow this family to go about their lives without this continued scrutiny and speculation."

Still, we hope Heath's dad, Kim, doesn't blow away all of the money from the estate like he has done in the past with his own inheritance.

As for Ledger's family, they have confirmed their attendance at the movie premier.

The family will be flying out from Western Australia to New York for the premier on July 14th.

That's just a few days before the six-month anniversay of heath's passing on January 22nd of this year.

The "Avril Band Aids" are deceptively working to drive the video for Girlfriend to YouTube's most watched top spot - #1 most viewed video of all time.

The number one position currently belongs to that 'History of Dance' clip, which we're sure you've all seen many, many times.

Avrilphiles have sent out emails to fans to get them to watch Avril's video as many times possible AND set up automated YouTube view-boosting sites.

The pages automatically reloads Avril's video every 15 seconds, so as to rack up as many hits as possible, and a letter from the site advises fans to keep a browser window open all day with the page in it.

Seriously?

Seems like Avril and her peeps go out of the way to make her look lame.

Anne Hathaway's ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri has been arrested today on money laundering and wire fraud conspiracy charges. Raffaello was telling investors the Pope had placed him charge of the Catholic Church's financial affairs which allowed him access to property being sold by the Vatican at "below market values," according to official documents from the U.S. Attorney's Office:

According to several witnesses, FOLLIERI kept various ceremonial robes, including robes of senior clergymen, in his office in New York, New York..... FOLLIERI had asked a monsignor who was traveling with him to change into the uniform of a more senior clergyman in order to create false impressions that FOLLIERI had close ties to the Vatican connections.

So, wait, religious people were tricked into believing something that isn't true? That's absurd. I mean, these folks are amazingly keen at determining what is real and what is entirely made-up fiction by some douche in a funny robe. Am I right? Also, it should be noted that Anne Hathaway is not being charged but was mentioned in the documents as Raffaello's girlfriend along with the vacations he took her on using embezzled funds. Which means they'll always have the memories. No one ever forgets having sex on a mattress full of hundred dollar bills and communion wafers. 'Cause it's crunchy.

In case there was any doubt that Heidi Montag has absolutely no musical talent whatsoever, she's started her own label in an effort to get her album out there. In the meantime, Heid's released another song called "Fashion" (audio after the jump). And let me tell you it's every bit as amazing as you could imagine it to be. Did I say amazing? I meant ass sandwich. People reports:

“Heidi has started her own record label with Super Producer RedONE,” a source tells PEOPLE. “RedOne will write and produce with Heidi an entire album of 13 songs.”

Remember when Heath Ledger died and his family said, "Oh yeah, don't worry. We'll take care of his kid."? Bullish shit. Turns out Michelle Williams hasn't seen a dime for daughter Matilda and is well aware that Heath's dad Kim botched the handling of his own father's estate. As an act of protest, she will not attend the premiere of The Dark Knight, according to Page Six:

An insider said, "Michelle is furious with Heath's family and threatening to boycott the premiere. Matilda is supposed to be the beneficiary of the will, but Michelle has seen nothing from them. Heath didn't have much in cash, but there was a big house in LA and a back-end deal for 'Dark Knight' [that] could reap millions."

Great. Only movie I'm looking forward to all summer and these Jokers (Jesus of comedy, people. That's me.) have to use it to publicize their money problems. Unless this is some sort of crazy viral marketing. Of course! I bet if I click on Michelle Williams eye I'll see a sweet clip of Batman punching someone. Excuse me - Taxi! New York City!
