Fred Savage wants the world to know about his newest project – another child!

“We’ve got number two cooking right now,” Savage, 31, said at Saturday’s 60th annual Directors Guild of America Awards in L.A., pointing to his wife Jennifer Stone’s belly. The pair is already proud parents of a son.

“We’re due in May,” Savage revealed, but Stone said the baby’s name and sex are going to be a surprise.

Savage and Stone, childhood sweethearts who married in Aug. 2004, welcomed their first child, son Oliver, in Aug. 2006.

Asked whether they’re thinking more kids, Savage said with a smile, “That’s a discussion.”

Savage, who directed last year’s comedy feature Daddy Day Camp, was nominated for his second Directors Guild award Saturday, for his work on the Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place.

Lindsay Lohan and Brody Jenner avoided being photographed together Friday night as the two hit night clubs in New York, but while inside they got pretty cozy, sources says.

The pair were spotted “all over each other” at Beatrice Inn. They stayed about 30 minutes and then headed to another celebrity hot spot, The Box, along with buddy Frankie Delgado. Reportedly, they both lingered until 3:30 a.m.

“She likes him. It’s early, but they are more than friends,” a source says of Lohan. “He seems to like her back. They’re actually sweet together, it would be nice if she kept him around.”

On the other hand, Brody recently said that his “new girlfriend” Cora Skinner had “met the parents” and “She’s part of the family.”

It’s getting hard to keep up!

A rep for Jenner did not return calls for comment.

After months of speculation and rumor, the Kids are coming back. A well-placed source says that New Kids On The Block are indeed getting back together.

The band’s Web site, www.nkotb.com, which had been dormant, is now back up and running in anticipation of the official announcement, which the source says will be made in the next few weeks.

The site currently features a television graphic with a fuzzy, flickering photos of NKOTB in their heyday, and a link inviting fans to sign up for info.

The boy band, which made legions of tweens swoon in the early ’90s, selling more than 50 million albums, became a worldwide phenomenon before calling it quits in 1994.

Eighteen years later, they’re still “Hangin’ Tough.” The oldest “Kid,” Jonathan Knight, now a real estate developer, will turn 40 later this year. Since the band’s demise, former members Donnie Wahlberg, 38, and Joey McIntyre, 35, have seen acting success, while Danny Wood, 38, has worked as a music producer and Knight’s brother, Jordan, 37, has continued to record.

Mary-Kate Olsen made her first public appearance since the death of her friend Heath Ledger Thursday night with a “crazy” night out at Pianos on New York City’s lower east side.

“They came to see the band,” and were followed by a gang of paparazzi, according to one source. “They were following them,” says an onlooker.”It was crazy.”

Hanging out with her sister Ashley and a male companion, Mary-Kate enjoyed the live band and “they all had martinis,” says a source, adding, “They did not stay long. They were killing time before a party down the street.” According to New York’s Daily News, the soirée was down the street at Sweet Paradise.

On Friday, Olsen spoke out for the first time, calling Ledger’s death “tragic.”

Ledger, 28, and Olsen, 21, first met in the summer of 2006 and “were casually dating,” according to a source.

Eva Longoria went shopping for baby clothes in London Wednesday – but don’t jump to any conclusions! The 32-year-old Desperate Housewives star – who recently told bump-watching reporters “no pregnancy, not yet” – snapped up miniature Dolce & Gabbana gear for mommy-to-be Jennifer Lopez, her rep says. (Although Lopez, 38, has kept mum, multiple sources have said that she’s expecting twins.)

As for her own family planning, Longoria (who attributes her current, curvy look to “cooking and eating” during the writers’ strike) said she and hubby Tony Parker are leaving it up to fate. “We’re so happy if we get pregnant, and if we don’t, we’re okay,” she said Jan. 13 during an interview for her new movie, Over Her Dead Body. “We’re just letting God decide it.”

The actress was in the U.K. to promote the romantic comedy.

Police in London are studying the video that allegedly shows singer Amy Winehouse smoking crack, they confirmed Wednesday.

On Tuesday, the U.K.’s Sun ran stills from the tape, which shows the troubled chanteuse, 24, smoking what the paper claims in a crack pipe.

Now detectives at Scotland Yard are looking at the footage, the police confirmed. (Despite claims the tape had been “seized,” officers were, in fact, handed a copy of the video by reporters from the tabloid yesterday.)

As of now there is no investigation launched into the singer, a spokesman added. “Officers will be reviewing the footage and will then assess the footage and ascertain whether any action is to be taken.”

Shortly after the news of the alleged drug use surfaced, Winehouse (who’s gone back to her burnette roots after a short stint as a platinum blonde) was photographed leaving her East London home for an appointment with her doctor – something her rep says was part of her ongoing treatment.

Heath Ledger’s rep called the actor’s death an “accident” and asked for privacy for his family.

“We are deeply saddened and shocked by this accident,” said publicist Mara Buxbaum in a statement. “This is an extremely difficult time for his loved ones. We’re asking the media to please respect the family’s privacy and avoid speculation until the facts are known.”

Ledger, 28, was found dead Tuesday in a New York apartment. A police source says that two bottles of prescription sleep aids were near the body.

Britney Spears’s deposition at the hands of Kevin Federline lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has been an emotionally difficult experience that has only just begun, Kaplan says.

“We are going over things that are very, very gut-wrenching,” Kaplan said Monday night, speaking outside of Katsuya restaurant in Brentwood. He declined to discuss specifics of the questioning, but said, “Just to revisit them even in your own mind would not be pleasurable.”

“It’s not something anyone would enjoy,” he says.

Spear has a spotty record with past deposition dates in the custody case, missing numerous appointments and sitting for only 14 minutes on Jan. 3. Kaplan is expected to be grilling Spears, 26, about past drug and alcohol use, her failure to comply with court orders and any other subject relating to her fitness as a parent.

After a meltdown and brief forced hospitalization, Spears lost visitation rights with sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1. Ex-husband Federline, 29, has sole legal and physical custody.

Even Monday’s session was in doubt.

“She was about 50 minutes late,” he says. “After an hour I would have been over it. I was prepared to terminate had she not showed at that time.”

Spears was spotted biting her fingernails when arriving to Kaplan’s Century City Plaza office. After spending more than two hours there, Spears appeared tense and lit up a cigarette behind the wheel of her Mercedes before driving through Beverly Hills listening to Madonna on the stereo.

The deposition on a national holiday Monday was booked after the shortened deposition on Jan. 3. The holiday booking was done to accommodate busy lawyer schedules, says Kaplan, and it “did dovetail into allowing this to be a low-profile appearance.”

Kaplan says there will further depositions in the unspecified future, claiming that he has only worked through “2 percent” of his questions.

“There is a lot of work to be done,” he says. But he adds he was heartened by the idea of even having the meeting in the first place.

“She came for her deposition, that’s great,” says Kaplan. “Showing up is form over substance.”

Heath Ledger was found dead at his Manhattan residence, a police spokesman confirms to the Associated Press. He was 28.

Police say the death may be drug-related. The NYPD spokesman tells AP that Ledger had a massage appointment at his Soho apartment. When the housekeeper went to alert Ledger the masseuse was there, she found him dead at around 3:26 p.m.

The Perth, Australia, native was nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for 2005’s Brokeback Mountain, on whose set he met – and began a romantic relationship with – Michelle Williams. Theirs was described by others on the film as love at first sight.

Their daughter, Matilda Rose, was born in New York on Oct. 28, 2005. Ledger and Williams, who shared a brownstone together in Brooklyn, split in September 2007.

Ledger began his acting career in 1996, when he was 17, in an Australian TV series called Sweat.

Britney Spears spent more than two hours at the Los Angeles office of Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Monday for an ongoing deposition in the ex-couple’s custody battle.

At 10:40 a.m., Spears, 26, wearing a dark blue top and jeans, drove up to the office in her white Mercedes-Benz SL65 with friend Sam Lutfi. Both had serious expressions on their faces. The singer was spotted leaving at 1:20 p.m.

The singer has missed numerous appointments for the court-ordered cross examination. She was expected to be grilled about her past drug and alcohol use, her apparent failure to follow court orders and other matters pertaining to her parenting skills.

Federline’s attorney will use evidence gathered in depositions to try to convince a court that his client should retain primary physical custody of the ex-couple’s children. A custody trial is set for April.

“Kevin wants nothing more than to be able to parent his children with participation by their mother,” Kaplan previously said. “But the best interest of the children require that they be in the most sound, safe, nurturing and consistent environment. That is paramount.”

On Jan. 3, Spears was deposed for only 14 minutes, after arriving one-and-a-half hours late. That night and into the next morning Spears had a four-hour standoff with police, ending with her brief hospitalization.

Last Monday, the singer lost all visitation rights to sons Preston, 2, and Jayden 1, indefinitely after she showed up for a hearing, then left without entering the courthouse.
